IMPROACTIF was born of this idea. And we believe in you. Optimistic, alarmist, serene, anxious, impulsive, reserved, enthusiastic, skeptical…we’re all like that at one time or another. And we believe that’s what makes our richness. We believe in individual and collective responsibility. We believe in the magic of theatrical improvisation. We believe in laughter, in bodies in motion and in our imagination imagination. We believe that a pounding heart, wobbly legs and a dry throat are signs that you’re working and making progress. We also believe that getting out of your comfort zone can be a fun. We believe in Marshall Rosenberg, Kabat-Zinn, Keith Johnstone, Donella Meadows, Lev Vygotski, and Eric Berne. We believe in meeting of improvisational theater and cognitive science. We believe that we limit ourselves with unnecessary brakes. We believe that improvisation is therapy. We believe in oxytocin and endorphins, and that science is meant to be taken out of the laboratory. We believe in Test & Learn and that our failures are part of the way. We believe that you are already the best version of yourself. And above all…

Hélène Farret, founder and managing director
She likes to dare to try and understand everything that interests her, which means a lot of things!
A former double-certified teacher (history-geography and special education for the cognitively handicapped), Hélène is a specialist in transmission. She believes in ambition and excellence for all, and aims to develop confidence and the joy of collaboration in everyone and every organization.
An actress and improvisation coach since 2012, she founded ImproActif in 2017.
Certified in general psychology, NVC and coaching, she created OUI ET® in 2023. An original method for getting to know oneself and others, blending the joy of theatrical improvisation with tools from coaching, psychology, meditation, collective and emotional intelligence, Non-Violent Communication and Neuroscience.
What she loves about improv is that at first it seems light and joyful, but in the end it’s much more profound and concrete than you might imagine.
Elsa Laduguie, Partner, Managing Director
She likes to dare to believe that “sky is the limit”.
After a Master’s degree in economics and 10 years in finance in New York and then entrepreneurship, Elsa realized that she loved people more than Xcell charts. She became an RNCP-certified coach in 2017, then a neuroscience practitioner,
a mind-body therapist, certified in CNV: her method is multidisciplinary. And of course, she’s an improviser!
So it’s only natural that she should become an associate at ImproActif in 2021.
But the truth is, it’s Elsa’s analytical finesse, her joy of living and dancing, her generosity and her unfailing attentiveness that have directly promoted her. Yes, these are
our own criteria for excellence.
What she loves about improv is that everyone can find and take their place by learning to listen.
Babeth Pereira, Partner, Quality and Accounting Manager
She likes to dare improvisation in all its forms and in all places.
After studying to be a chartered accountant, Élisabeth began her career in a chartered accountancy firm and then in a bank. Both small and large companies hold no secrets for her.
Present from the start of the ImproActif adventure, Élisabeth is the associate in charge of accounting and administration. She also manages quality control and Qualiopi, and that’s no mean feat. And since we’re at IA, she’s also a luminous comedienne who
takes part in awareness-raising events, and a patient trainer who knows the world of schools and disabilities inside out.
Her taste for framework does not prevent her from being creative!
What she loves about improv: the spontaneity and strength of the collective that creates unique moments.
Cindy Colineau, human resources specialist
She likes to dare to take her place where she’s not expected!
After 20 years working in Human Resources in a variety of corporate environments, she is still committed to helping everyone find their place and achieve their full potential.
Improvisational actress since 2019 and RNCP-certified Professional Coach in 2020, she juggles multiple skills like a real Swiss army knife.
Her expertise enables her to analyze human issues in companies, which she then challenges in a variety of formats.
She’s our “HR specialist”.
What she loves about improv is its unique field of exploration. Learning through the body and experimentation make a lasting impression.
Sophie Puechmaille, Marketing Manager
She likes to dare… new challenges!
An improviser since her teens, Sophie is a physical and memorable comedienne (we all envy her perfect Canadian accent) coupled with an excellent all-round trainer. Her initial training led her to work for ten years in
a BtoB events agency as a 360° marketing manager.
Today, she puts her energy and expertise to good use at IMPROACTIF, notably as marketing and digital communications manager.
What she loves about improv is its playful spirit, which makes the discipline accessible to all.
Pierre Auger, Business Development Manager
He likes to challenge preconceptions
A graduate of the Xerox sales school in the late 2000s and with many years’ experience in field sales, Pierre has been working in the corporate world for over 15 years. He quickly realised that interpersonal skills were the key to self-fulfilment and collaborative success in the workplace.
An improviser and improv coach, Pierre is also our business development consultant. A champion active listener, he knows how to understand your needs and propose an intervention tailored to your challenges.
What he loves about improv is the emulation and creativity of co-construction.
Expert advice
Angélique Zettor
The ecological transition specialist
She loves to sing at the top of her voice in the forest, imagining the trees singing.
She’d like to dare… She can’t find it, she dares everything!
In her former life, Angélique was a tech entrepreneur. She co-founded and presided over a start-up: raising over €10M, a product used by 8M people and living in the heart of Silicon Valley.
After seeing the documentary Demain, she left everything behind, transformed a school bus into a semi-passive house and adopted a nomadic lifestyle. She experimented with minimalism and the long term, and trained in climate and biodiversity issues.
Today, she puts her experience as an entrepreneur and coach at the service of the ecological transition of companies. She leads awareness-raising and foresight workshops in a joyful way, to inspire everyone to create a desirable future for all.
It is on these fundamental issues that Angélique accompanies ImproActif.
Alexis Cassegrain
The dialogue leader
I like to dare to cook different dishes every day.
I’d love to swim in the lakes in the middle of winter (and summer too!).
For more than 20 years, Alexis has worked as a human resources manager for ambitious companies such as PPR, UPSA, Staübli, Lamy Liaisons, Renault and Groupe Moniteur, helping them to make the contribution of human resources an integral part of corporate strategy.
Gourmand and enthusiastic, he brings social dialogue to life to enhance our collective ambitions. A man of the field, he designs and develops pragmatic, operational solutions to enable teams and the company to move forward.
In 2024, he took over an SME in the building and civil engineering sector, a new challenge whose heart is still and always: people!
Candice Andre
The intellectual property lawyer
I like to be daring – doing improvised musical comedy shows.
I’d like to dare to start learning sign language.
She has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2019. With a background in general private law and intellectual property and new technologies law, she specializes in the following areas: intellectual property (trademarks, designs, copyright), image rights, contract law, business law and digital law.
She assists ImproActif in these areas, particularly in developing and defending its brand portfolio and intangible assets, advising on its development and communication, and managing its relationships with partners. She is also a resource person for ImproActif’s prevention/awareness programs.
Romain Van Den Brande
The eloquent teacher
I like to dare to go out and meet people.
I’d like to dare to believe that communication, transmission and exchange can have a positive impact on tomorrow’s world.
Passionate about transmitting through the body, Romain began his career as a PE teacher. Trained in peer mediation (conflict management, CNV), he joined Eloquentia, the national leader in public speaking, as a trainer
for a wide range of audiences: local authorities, universities, teachers, secondary schools, people with disabilities, prison inmates.
In 2018, he became Eloquentia’s pedagogical director and accompanied its strong development, looking after the recruitment of trainers, their support
in the field and the design of pedagogical progressions.
After 5 years in management at Eloquentia, and because he shares our values and mission, Romain is joining ImproActif to support its territorial development and maintain its pedagogical excellence.
Jean Marie Guilloux
Lawyer to the stars
I like to dare to look for alternative solutions.
I’d like to dare…. dare!
Jean Marie Guilloux holds a DEA (post-graduate diploma) in literary and artistic property law and is a graduate of the Hec Senior MBA program. After initial experience in business, he has been a member of the Paris Bar for 20 years. He holds specialization certificates in Intellectual Property and New Information and Communication Technologies Law. He advises and defends players in the entertainment and cultural sectors.
Mediator accredited by the Paris Mediation and Arbitration Center, he brings to his practice a constructive and innovative approach to understanding the expectations and needs of all parties.
A specialist in sexist behavior, harassment, inclusion and diversity, he provides support on these and other issues covered by ImproActif’s awareness-raising programs.
Hervé Farret
The commercial HR director
I like to dare… to take the side roads.
I’d like to dare… what no one else dares.
Hervé Farret began his career as HR, communications and recruitment manager at Xerox, the pioneer and leader in office automation. As a salesman, field trainer, sales manager and specialist in motivational techniques, his background and sensibility naturally led him to human resources, where his positions enabled him to express his creativity at the heart of innovative projects, such as the creation
of company schools (sales, customer service), professional integration initiatives, sales chairs in leading business schools, social communications, spin-off programs, gender equality initiatives, etc.
Obviously, Hervé brings his legitimacy to ImproActif in all facets of sales, but not only that, since his solid experience of organizations, management and, above all, people, makes him a trusted advisor.
